Tournament/Event Coverage
My
Fav Photographer will come to your event with a team of
photographers. We will photograph every game/event and make them available for
purchase to your participants right at the event. If you so choose we can also
set up the price structure so that part of the profits is refunded back to your
organization as a Fundraising event. Photos will also be posted on our website
for viewing and purchase after the event. Please give us a schedule of the
simultaneous games/events going on so we can staff appropriately.
Sport+ Package
No Charge.
My Fav Photographer will send one photographer to come and
cover one of your team's games. All photos taken will be posted on our website
for viewing and purchase after the event.
Package #1:
Value-priced at $150 plus tax
Package consists of photos of just one athlete during a single game or event.
We Take 30-300 images.
Package consists five 8x10 prints and five 5x7 prints of the images of your choosing.
Great for the varsity athlete who is about to graduate or an athlete just starting that search for the right sports scholarship.
The remaining images, good + bad, come on a CD ready to view on your PC.
Package #2:
Value-priced at $99 per athlete (Max 4 athletes) plus tax.
With this package we shoot said # of athletes in one game or event.
The package for each athlete is the same as Package #1 except for the number of images per athlete.
Since we are shooting multiple athletes, portfolios are slightly smaller averaging 10-50 images per athlete. This package must be carefully coordinated so we have ample time to get enough shots of each athlete. We cannot accommodate more than 4 athletes per game or event.
Team Game Day Coverage:
Value-priced at $300 Minimum
per team plus tax.
For a team of 10-players, that works out to $30 per player plus tax.
Perfect opportunity to have your team photo shot, (each player will get 1 copy if taken).
How this works is that we come to a game of your choice and photograph each player during the entire game. We then put all the photos on a CD and each player’s family receives one 8x10 print (of their choosing), and one CD with their family members pictures.
We will also post all images on our website for 3 months from date of event.
Please remember that the more players on your team, the less pictures we will be able to take of each player.
Prints range from $5 to $20. This is ideal for recreational league teams of all sports.
